PVC Curtain Rolling Door Air Showers for Cleanrooms Automatic PLC Control
The PVC curtain rolling door air showers are typically design for large cleanrooms and many personnel or large items entering or exiting the cleanrooms frequently. The rolling door is opened and closed automatically, this can help reducing operating time and make the operation more conveniently.
PVC curtain door is very durable can be used for long term, also the PVC curtain can be replaced if it`s not perform good.
In order to keep the shape and make the air shower service longer. Frame material is stainless steel recommend, painted steel also available.
The stainless steel frame material are 201, 304, 316 and so on, thickness 0.8-1.5mm and so on.
We using mini pleated HEPA filter size 610*610*69mm to filter the fine dust, HEPA filter quantity are relatively with the air shower size and nozzle quantity. HEPA filter efficiency is H13 99.99% @ 0.3um.
Infrared sensor to identify the position of personnel, open and close the door in time automatically, air shower time 10-99 s adjustable, it`s controlled by PLC program.
Magnetic interlock folding door or automatic sense sliding or rolling door.
